My main office in downtown LA and it’s great to have a personal trainer who can come to my gym in the building and who can customize the workout based on my goals. The only downside is that I have no excuses not to workout since it is so convenient. The prices are very reasonable and what you get in terms of value are greater than what you might get at a 24 hour fitness, LA Fitness or Bally Total Fitness. I’m speaking from experience since I used to work for Ballys. It’s worth every penny to me but of course, it’s what you put into it. Try them out if you are trying to get fit but don’t care to be a fitness expert yourself. The personal trainer will let you know which exercises you should be doing, why and how to do them.”

“I was like a lot of people: I really wanted to lose weight and I tried to be diligent by working out on my own 2-3 times a week, but I basically hit a wall.  I wasn’t sure why, but I just stopped losing weight no matter how often I worked out.  Worse yet, I didn’t have enough knowledge about how to increase my metabolism and despite having access to a full gym, I needed someone with good correct knowledge to help me figure out what I needed to change.

I have to admit, the first 5 sessions or so were really tough on my body.  I did exercises that I had never heard of or seen before, and exercised muscles I had never felt in my body before.  Despite this, my trainer was friendly and very conscientious of where my limits were, and he was clear about the goals and effectiveness of each exercise he had me do.  Slowly the feeling of the workout he had developed for me felt more natural, but the workouts themselves changed almost every time with new types of exercises, working different parts of my body.  I do feel that working with Downtown Loft Training has helped to increase my energy level, and when I started to notice physical changes I became a lot more motivated to eat and live healthier to fit into that lifestyle.  I really do hope that someone who reads this would be willing to at least try Downtown Loft Trainers out, even for just a single month in order to pick your trainer’s mind about exercising, metabolism and developing a regiment to help you work toward your goals.”
