Downtown Loft Training services the Downtown Los Angeles area.
- We send our trainers to your location.
- Training is done in your fitness center or office gym.
- We bring additional equipment, if necessary.
- We provide a variety of trainers, both male and female, and specialized instruction for dancing, water, marathon, triathlon and running.
Our model is to provide the best quality personal trainers who are passionate, dependable and flexible. We can accommodate to all our clients’ needs, whether be financial, time or other special requests.
- Sessions last for one (1) hour.
- Pre-paid packages of 8, 10, 15 and 25 sessions are available for purchase.
- Sessions never expire and can be rolled over to the following day, week, or month, rather than an formal, inflexible contracts.
- We confirm workouts four (4) hours prior to the scheduled time, giving all of our clients the ability to cancel and reschedule, when necessary.
- Monday-Friday, morning, day or night.
Personal Trainers range from $75-100/hour. Packages are available on a monthly basis, providing clients the option of deciding how many times a week they would like to workout to fit their budget.

She specializes in working with new parents to help them understand and connect with the soul of their child. She provides parents with tools to raise spiritually conscious children.

Female Dance Instructor: rate $42-52 per session. Time of session can vary between 30mins-90mins. The client has the option of deciding how long. Additionally, package programs are available to accommodate the client’s needs.
Style of dance programs: Professional dance routines. The types of dance we specialize in are cabaret, jazz, Latin, hip hop, funk, lyrical, modern, and contemporary styles.
Dance is most motivating and well-rounded ways to get one’s entire body in shape. Dance increases flexibility, strength, agility, kinesthetic memory, body posture and confidence.
Marathon, Triathlon and Running Coach: He has over 10 yrs experience in all areas. 25 marathons, 15 triathlon, 2 iron men.
Rates: $100-200. The rate will vary depending on package program. The program varies depending on the client’s experience. Sit down consultation are available for program design or one on one coaching through season of events or races.

Kick boxing: $25-45/hour, spacial packages available for group training and individual.
This course is instructed by a male. The high intensity course is a fat burning, heart racing fasted paced aerobic training with a big bang on the bag, gloves, punching bags and much more.
Cardio-boxing training classes and the innovative variations of the sparring jabs, power punches, defence, and fitness blend together with aerobics exercises. A real kick-boxing workout or routine will teach the proper execution of the punch and kick combinations. For more intense workouts you will combine these moves together creating a devastating blow to you opponent and increasing your cardiovascular endurance.The combination you perform with blocks, jabs, and kicks are executed to an imagined opponent in some classes, and in some, you may partner up and practice on the pads. Each has its benefits, since you get to practice technique with an imaginary partner and then get to feel what it is like connecting your jabs, crosses, and kicks to a physical opponent.
You may enjoy other benefits aside from the physical aspects of boxing trainings. Cardio-kick boxing workouts allow you to burn about 350 to 500 calories in just an hour. These workouts also help maintain the heart rate at 75 to 85 % of maximum, otherwise known as the “target heart rate”. This has been proven to be the recommended range to condition your cardiovascular system.
Kick-boxing training classes improve your speed, resistance, and strength. Flexibility and the reflexes of the muscles are also enhanced. Repetitive motion by sparring and jogging while you punch helps your arms and legs gain strength and power.


Aqua Fit: $25-45/hour, spacial packages available for group training and individual.
Water aerobics is the process of doing cardio and strength training exercises under water. This type of exercise is good for people with joint problems and stiffness because it increases flexibility.
Water provides natural resistance as the body moves through it. Having resistance during exercise is shown to improve flexibility according to a study published by the “Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise” journal of the American College of Sports Medicine. Resistance lengthens the muscles and is shown in a study by Len Kravitz, Ph.D and J.J. Mayo, Ph.D. to be more effective than other forms of exercise in creating more flexibility.
The buoyancy of water aids in the increase of flexibility by making it easier for people to preform resistance exercises. Waist-deep water decreases the pressure of 50 percent of your body weight while chest-deep water supports 90 percent of body weight. This quality also helps stretch the muscles and connective tissue by relieving pressure, making the body more flexible.
