Our Trainers
Downtown Loft Personal Trainers have years of extensive fitness and nutrition experience. Each trainer goes through a rigorous hiring process, is highly experienced and skilled. Trainers are required to hold certifications in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED), via nationally certifying agencies in the country. Such personal training certifying agencies include, but are not limited to: the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the International Fitness Association (IFA), the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Our Trainers will:
- Personalize your workouts by setting realistic goals to meet and achieve.
- Ensure that you are doing exercises correctly and affectively; provide instant feedback on how to adjust your posture, motion and exertion in order to get maximum results and prevent injury.
- Keep your workouts fun and stimulating, introducing you to different equipment and routines.
